What happens next

Reports go to Ian directly. A report that includes what you entered and what you expected can usually be reproduced — and, if the site is wrong, fixed — quickly. Calculation and table errors are verified against the governing source (AR 600-9, the relevant Army directive, or DoDI 1308.03) before anything is changed, and the corrected page is re-verified the same way. If your report includes an email address, you will hear back with what was found.
